LDCSB 2015 United Way Fundraising Results
At St. Paul's Catholic Elementary School in London, Director of Education Linda Staudt and Andrew Lockie, CEO of United Way London-Middlesex, revealed the board-wide results from our annual United Way campaign. The amount raised was $127,182.31, essentially matching last year's amount!
St. Paul's raised more funds than any other elementary school (both boards) in London & Middlesex. Shannon Regan, teacher and Stair Climb coordinator, accepted a plaque on St. Paul's behalf and principal Judith Coulter was recognized for her leadership. In addition, Drew Devlin received an award as the top overall student fundraiser for all schools & all school boards.
In January, Gabriela Wells, teacher at CCH and representing OECTA, was honored at the 2015 Labour Appreciation Awards for her outstanding leadership in coordinating CCH's campaign.
The staff and students of our board have an amazing record of supporting United Way. Your donations are helping the United Way provide support to many community organizations that will have a very real impact on so many lives.
Thank you to everyone who participated, donated and supported the campaign!
