The Third Annual Student Voice Contest has begun! What is a Mentally Healthy School?
Sponsored by the Student Support Leadership Initiative, this contest lets students get creative with their views on what a mentally healthy school is.
This year there are three submissioin categories: Primary/Junior, Junior/Intermediate, and Secondary.
Students are welcomed to submit entries in the form of:
- art work
The winning prize is a cash reward that goes toward a mental health initiative at your school. Students can make a difference within their schools, educate other on mental health, and help end the stigma around mental health. This is a great chance to show off your creativity and shine a light on mental health in your school community!

So let us know what you think a mentally healthy school looks like, sounds like and/or feels like. All students are encouraged to participate and can do so individually or in groups.
The deadline for submissions is April 3, 2017 at 4:00pm.
