Director's Performance Appraisal Committee

A significant role and responsibility of the Board of Trustees is to work with the Director of Education to design the annual performance appraisal plan, to conduct the review, to evaluate the Director's performance, to give the Director feedback and to begin the cycle again for the following year.

The achievement of the required actions throughout the appraisal cycle is reported to the Minister of Education and to the London District Catholic School Board community by posting on the LDCSB website.
