Elementary Registration
Thank you for choosing our Catholic schools for your child’s education. Our mission is to serve students in a community that nurtures a living faith and provides a quality Catholic education that enables the individual to become a contributing member of the Church and Society.
Catholic education views human life as an integration of body, mind and spirit. Rooted in this vision, Catholic education fosters the search for knowledge as a lifelong spiritual and academic quest. The expectations of Catholic graduates, therefore, are not only knowledge and skills, but also values, attitudes and actions.
There is something unique and truly special about education that has faith and spiritual growth at the heart of academic and social learning. The distinct faith-filled experiences offered to our children on their learning journey will help prepare them for a positive future. We believe in our schools as well as the benefit and gift of Catholic education — we hope you will share this belief with us.
We recognize that starting kindergarten can be both an exciting and overwhelming time for children and parents alike. For many parents, the transition from the home environment to the school setting is made easier with the knowledge that their child is loved and cared for from the moment they enter our school until the time they return home. We take a holistic approach in Catholic education and believe that in order for students to flourish academically, their emotional, spiritual, and social needs must be nurtured as well.

Is Before and After School Care available?
Each of our schools has partnered with an outside organization to provide an Extended Day and/Before and After School Program. These optional, fee-based programs are run by non-profit organizations. Parents are responsible for transportation of children who attend the Extended Day.
Is French Immersion available?
Yes! French Immersion is available in London, St. Thomas and Woodstock. Click here for additional information.
What Will My Child Learn in Junior Kindergarten and Senior Kindergarten?
We are excited to offer families full day kindergarten. We believe that immersing our children in school on a full time basis is crucial to their academic and social development. The benefits that follow full day kindergarten include cognitive and language development, social competences, communication and general knowledge. We want the best possible start for our students, and full day kindergarten allows us to give them the foundation for success.
The Full Day Early Learning Kindergarten program is a child-centered, developmentally appropriate, integrated program of learning for four- and five-year old children. The purpose of the program is to establish a strong foundation for learning in the early years, and to do so in a safe and caring play-based environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of all children.
The Full Day Early Learning Kindergarten program reflects the belief that four and five year olds are capable and active learners, full of potential and ready to take ownership of their learning. Teachers and Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) work together to implement a carefully planned program that is challenging and geared to each child’s level of development. To give each child the best start possible, early learning programs provide a variety of learning experiences and opportunities based on assessment information and the strengths, needs, and interests of the children.
The program aims to provide every child with the kind of support he or she needs in order to develop:
- Self-regulation
- Health, well-being, and a sense of security
- Curiosity and confidence in learning
- Respect of the diversity of his or her peers
