LDCSB Expands High School French Immersion in London

The rapidly growing London District Catholic School Board’s secondary French Immersion program will expand to an additional high school in London for the 2026-27 school year.

New Catholic Elementary School in Kilworth Under Construction

The LDCSB’s newest elementary school and childcare centre is now under construction in Middlesex Centre. Located in Kilworth, on Crestview Drive, the new $20.7 million school will have a capacity for 424 students as well as a five-room childcare centre. It is anticipated that the school will be ready for students in 2027.

OPEN: LDCSB schools are open in the City of London (includes RMC) and Oxford County. The Board Office will be open.

CLOSED: LDCSB schools are closed in Middlesex County (Strathroy, Delaware, Dorchester, Parkhill, Lucan).

CLOSED: LDCSB schools are closed in Elgin County (St. Thomas, Aylmer, West Lorne, Glencoe).

Regina Mundi College Construction Continues

The replacement Regina Mundi College (RMC) secondary school is on track to open in the Fall of 2026. The $51.6 million replacement building is located on the current property, and will have a capacity for approximately 700 students. RMC was established in 1963 as a junior seminary, was converted to a boarding school, and then transitioned to a traditional secondary school in the 1980s.
